  27. “I'm not a power-user.  Don't do many fancy things.  But I download lots of junk from all over and most of it turns out to be marginally useful, or way over my head and not interesting enough to make me learn anything.  Your SndConverter Pro is staggeringly useful, fantastically easy to use, and generally just a big hoot for me.  Can't deny that I love watching that morph going on and on and on and on......  I happily send the registration fee and would love to have everything you've got.  Keep up the good work; shareware is not only the greatest possible application of the growing computer world network to date, it is also a very rewarding and sensible human experience in an increasingly cold and selfish world.  Ok, so it doesn't beat De Klerk and Mandela, but it's a feel good thing nonetheless.”

  77. “I downloaded version 1.1 of SndConverter from America Online.  … I am very pleased with its operation.  I know of no other utility that converts sounds recorded at 22Hz to 11Hz.  I didn't want to buy something that would probably cost a couple hundred dollars.  The sound extracting feature is also very handy!  I was able to pull some of the sounds out from the games I have.”

  127. “SndConverter Lite will suit the needs of many Macintosh users that want a quick and simple way to convert sounds hidden in any file to a popular sound format.  The less technically minded will enjoy this 'Lite' version for it's simplicity of operation.  It does convert from and to all the sound formats of the 'Pro' version, but the Pro version allows many aspects of it's operation to be configured to suit your personal taste.  So use Lite, and if you find yourself saying "I wish I could configure it to do this ..."  then consider upgrading to SndConverter Pro.”
